MY TOP FIVE BINGE-WORTHY NETFLIX SERIES

Hello lovelies, I thought I would try and delve back into the blogging world and not just talk about toy reviews! I have some childrens activities coming up, some "home school" ideas/games and I want to talk about beauty products again, mental health and more! But the first post had to be what I'm sure were all doing a lot of right? Netflix binge watching! Here are my top five -

Money Heist - This is the most recent Netflix series we've binge watched, we were late to the party as this came out in 2017 the first series, we've watched them all in under a week!

"A criminal mastermind who goes by "The Professor" has a plan to pull off the biggest heist in recorded history -- to print billions of euros in the Royal Mint of Spain. To help him carry out the ambitious plan, he recruits eight people with certain abilities and who have nothing to lose. The group of thieves take hostages to aid in their negotiations with the authorities, who strategize to come up with a way to capture The Professor. As more time elapses, the robbers prepare for a showdown with the police."

Once you start this show you're going to want to stay up all night watching it trust me, me and Dan have done a couple of nights where we have stayed up until 2am to finish episodes. There is one mishap as they're originally Spanish and they've voiced over in english the lips don't go in sync with the talking which may annoy people, I thought it would really annoy me as I hate films that do this but I just stared at their eyes and really fell in love with the characters considering they're thieves haha. Denver, Moscow, Helsinki and Nairobi were my favourite characters and obviously the Professor, to be honest I loved them all but Rio and Tokyo really annoyed me. It is so addictive though, I'd highly recommend giving this a watch!

After Life - This show has the ability of making you proper belly laugh to floods of tears in just one episode! Trigger warning that there is suicidal references and it has a cancer story so bare that in mind. I lost my mum to suicide and have been suicidal myself so I was bit apprehensive to think I should watch it but Ricky Gervais is amazing in this, really into character and I quite liked how he shown a true representative on being depressed, obviously everyone has their own story but like I said it made me laugh so much but also pulled on your heart strings too!

"Tony had a perfect life -- until his wife Lisa died. After that tragic event, the formerly nice guy changed. After contemplating taking his life, Tony decides he would rather live long enough to punish the world by saying and doing whatever he likes. He thinks of it as a superpower -- not caring about himself or anybody else -- but it ends up being trickier than he envisioned when his friends and family try to save the nice guy that they used to know. Golden Globe winner Ricky Gervais stars in the comedy series, which he also writes and directs."

You - This is also an addictive series, you just want to keep watching to see what happens next! Joe is a very creepy stalker but you somehow fall in love with him?! He has the ability to do that you see, if you watch it you will totally understand where I am coming from. Then when you watch the second series you will think WOW but finally, two people who belong together!

"What would you do for love? For a brilliant male bookstore manager who crosses paths with an aspiring female writer, this question is put to the test. A charming yet awkward crush becomes something even more sinister when the writer becomes the manager's obsession. Using social media and the internet, he uses every tool at his disposal to become close to her, even going so far as to remove any obstacle --including people -- that stands in his way of getting to her."

Stranger Things - Absolutely loved this 80's vibe series, I adore the 80's no idea why but I just love it. It also has a bit of an E.T style to it, I loved the characters especially Dustin he's my favourite! It's very gripping from the start, keeps you invested and a great soundtrack! The first series starts with Mike going missing by an unknown... His mother (Winona Ryder) does an amazing job, great actress. A totally devoted mum and Mikes best friends try and find him and what is going on in their universe.

"This thrilling Netflix original drama stars Golden Globe-winning actress Winona Ryder as Joyce Byers, who lives in a small Indiana town in 1983 -- inspired by a time when tales of science fiction captivated audiences. When Joyce's 12-year-old son, Will, goes missing, she launches a terrifying investigation into his disappearance with local authorities. As they search for answers, they unravel a series of extraordinary mysteries involving secret government experiments, unnerving supernatural forces, and a very unusual little girl."

Sex Education - This is just a very easy funny watch and very easy to binge watch in a day! Ottis is a virgin but gives out sex advice to his fellow high schoolers with the thankful knowledge from his mother Jean who is a Sex therapist. I absolutely adored Otis's gay best friend Eric! It has some twists and turns with Erics love life and how his love interest found it hard to fully show he really was but you need to watch both series, I think the second series was better than the first but I loved them both.

"Socially awkward high school student Otis may not have much experience in the lovemaking department, but he gets good guidance on the topic in his personal sex ed course -- living with mom Jean, who is a sex therapist. Being surrounded by manuals, videos and tediously open conversations about sex, Otis has become a reluctant expert on the subject. When his classmates learn about his home life, Otis decides to use his insider knowledge to improve his status at school, so he teams with whip-smart bad girl Maeve to set up an underground sex therapy clinic to deal with their classmates' problems. But through his analysis of teenage sexuality, Otis realizes that he may need some therapy of his own."

What other series do I need to binge watch?

I've seen quite a lot on Netflix but would love to know your favourites or recommendations x
