DIY Hair Colour

Hello lovelies,
I have brought two new hair products that do the same job but have different price tags! If you don't know me i have an obsession with changing my hair colour! I don't know what it is but i get bored easily. I am naturally ash blonde i was very blonde as a child but it got darker. Then i started dying my hair at the age of 13 i think and asked my mum if i could have highlights. From then on i have been blonde, brunette, black, purple, red, copper (accidentally), dark blue and some of these colours a couple of times! My poor hair. Well from my profile picture you can see i am currently black haired well i say that as i am writing this i am currently ginger! I want to go a lighter brown ready for the summer. Sadly i haven't took pictures of the process's which is disappointing but will tell you what i think of the products.

Firstly i brought ColourB4 Extra Strengh

This stuff smells absolutely awful! My boyfriend actually said your hair smells of a drain sewage, yeah thanks for that. Not that he was lying, i was actually disappointed in this product as i have used the Colour B4 before but not the extra strength and had a better outcome. Although it did strip out the colour black my hair was still very dark so i decided to get another one but looked around a bit and found a cheaper alternative. Maybe i died my hair too many times previous to this so if you did just dye your hair the wrong colour once it would work for you i am sure as it did work wonders for me before. You can find this product in Boots and Superdrug and it retails at £11.99 but luckily i got it on offer in Superdrug for £7.99

My cheaper alternative was from home bargains called Hair Colour Remover by JoBaz

This did also smell bad but not as bad till near the end weirdly enough? This product completely stripped all the dark colours out of my hair and has left me a lovely ginger colour not judging any gingers out there but it's not a preferred colour for me so i shall be going over this with a light brown ready for the summer. This was just under half the price of the Colour B4 at £5.49 and worked wonders! I would recommend this to any one who has stubborn colours they want to get rid of plus its alot cheaper then going to your salon paying hundreds of pounds.

Both products have 2 solutions you mix together that you put on all over your hair then a conditioner for afterwards to get all of the stuff out. Both products also do leave a nasty smell on your hair which didn't come out of mine after 2 washes but i am happy with the outcome. It just shows if you do look around you may find a better price and could even work better!

Hope this helped if any one is anything like me haha.

Have you tried anything like this before?

New Puppy!!

Hello lovelies, really sorry for the lack of posts for the past couple of days had an awful week within the family but i don't want to write a depressing post and would like to introduce you all to our new puppy Alfie,

We got him a couple of days ago and he is 8 weeks old, isn't he just adorable?! He gets on great with Oscar and Oscar loves him they snuggle up together on the sofa it's so sweet! I took a nice picture of Oscar trying to cuddle the puppy yesterday.

We got him of a farm near the Staffordshire area for £450 and there is 6 left if anyone is interested that lives near the Staffordshire area, blonde and black Labradors, just email me if your interested. He is a Pedigree dog and the owners have breaded Labradors for years you could tell they have been well looked after. They gave us his paper work and some puppy food to start us of, a very friendly farmer! I would be lying if i said i was loving every single minute of having a puppy but having a baby to look after too its a bit of a handful! My boyfriend brought the dog thinking it would be a breeze but not realising I'm the one that has her handsful! ha. Nether the less apart from pooing and weeing everywhere i love the gorgeous pup! Will take time to train him but we have a lovely complete family for now and i will look forward to big cuddles as he grows big and strong :)

Have you got any good tips for puppy training?

My family

Hello again lovelies, I'm back so soon...
As this is also a lifestyle blog i thought i would introduce to you to the two favourite people in my life, My beautiful baby boy and my gorgeous boyfriend of 3 years.

Oscar Jay Kazoks - Currently 7 months old

I know every mother out there thinks there child is the most beautiful out of them all but every day i still don't believe my eyes how stunning he actually is! I can't believe me and Dan (the bf) actually produced this handsome little boy! Yes my boyfriend is gorgeous but just look at him! Big Ahhhhh's all around. There has not been a say YET since he was born i haven't took a picture of him! I have to keep unloading all my pictures of my phone onto my computer because my memory data just can't take it lol! Pregnancy is always a scary but exiting time. For me it was defo a bit of both. I was so scared of labor after watching One Born Every Minute i thought i can not do this now! With 2 weeks left i just wanted to give up haha. But i pulled through if you don't want a graphic picture in your head please do not carry on reading... It was roughly 2am and i thought it was just a normal toilet run (You pee so much being pregnant) But then i thought ooo i need the urge to poo, then all of a sudden the strangest feeling/pain in the world happened i thought what the hell was that?! Even scarier was the fact my boyfriend was working away in London and we was living at his parents until our home was sorted and his mother had work in the morning so i didn't want to wake her... So i rang my mum instead. My mum screamed down the phone to me wake Jayne up now (my bf's mum) your in labor Paige and get of the toilet!! Well as i was screaming in so much pain anyway my boyfriends mother ran to rescue lol! She picked my mum up and rang the ambulance as they thought i was going to give birth in any minute! I thought sod them though i can't get off the toilet because it really feels like you need a massive poo! (very graphic sorry) The ambulance turned up as well as my mum and they took me into the living room even the team thought i was going to give birth there so they didn't send out the proper NE NAR (Ambulance van) but one medic said i think she will make it so the proper van did come and panting very loudly on the way to Stafford hospital i got there, still baby intact! My waters never broke either.. I remember lying on the hospital bed staring at the clock it was 3 am and i was thinking in my head how long is this going to take and where the fuck is dan?! Haha Dans mum phoned him as i got rushed to the hospital and was going to take a couple of hours for him to drive back luckily he was working with his dad so he was in a fitter state to drive with all the excitement and anxiousness going through Daniels head! He just made it within half an hour! I only took Gas and air the whole way through i think it was too late to have anything else but i think i did exceptionally well for my first time! I did have to be cut open because Oscar had a huge head haha, i had him at half 6 in the morning weighing 9lb 7! He was a big whopper but such a beautiful whopper he is currently 21lb and very heavy but very in proportion i love chunky babies there so cute! I never imagined having a baby but he is the best thing that could ever have happened to me and my Partner and we both love him with all of our hearts and can't wait till he can start crawling, walking and talking in full sentences every day is a new adventure in his tiny head and his personality grows! He is so well behaved he sleeps all night through from 7 till 9 most mornings! So i am a very lucky mummy! He has the most beautiful big blue eyes and blonde hair. I have never seen someone so beautiful and he is all mine! I could spend forever bragging about my son but i will leave it there haha!!

If you think he is gorgeous as much as i do follow my instagram if you like its practically full of him!

Daniel Paul Kazoks - My boyfriend, Soul Mate and Bestfriend for life and hopefully one day my Husband.

Isn't he very handsome?! Well from the start when i was 18 (this is what he told me) He walked into the bar i was working in at the time and thought OMG that is perfection and literally fell in love at first sight. He did ask me out but as his ex or kind of girlfriend at the time (naughty) hung around with my friend who i did i thought it was wrong so let him down gently ;) then a couple years passed and i worked in a different bar. He was a very shy man and only really had confidence after a few lagers! So one of his friends asked me if i would go on a date with him i said if he asks me out himself i'll consider it... So that he did and i thought i would give him the benefit of the doubt and go on a date with him! We watched Valentines Day in the cinema and had a lovey night but i thought he was abit to immature for me so didn't see him for much longer then a few days. But two days after his birthday being 16th of April we met up in yet another, yeah u guessed it bar and got chatting i thought he is actually quite funny, handsome and really nice and he asked me if i'd like to go back to his place so that i did, don't worry no hanky panky went down i'm not like that! We just talked and talked and got to no each other more and from then we started dating properly! I said something really stupid and cheesey like does this mean i have to change my facebook relationship status again? I know the shame!! So yeah we went out with each other from there and have had a great relationship we have had some downs but what relationship hasn't? We have also had massively good ups in our relationship! Been on holiday to Egypt and breaks away in this country. He is the most generous, kind hearted, lovely, handsome, funny man i have ever met he still gives me butterflies to this day! You know when you think you love someone in past relationships i know now that that wasn't true love this is, weirdly enough the second time around haha as soon as i met him again i thought to myself this is the person i want to spend the rest of my life with and i intend to do just that. The only thing that peeves me of about him is his bad drinking habit! Don't worry he's not an alcoholic haha he just goes out on the odd weekend with friends and seems to forget where he lives till the next morning. But that is the only downfall he has so i will put up with that but he is slowly growing up and out of it he will come around one day i'm sure of it. He always spoils me and treats me right as well as Oscar he loves the ground we walk on and we love him just as much the same! I am so glad he walked into my life in 2010. I can not wait for more years to come and the day he finally gets down on one knee. Wink Wink haha!! Again i could carry on for hours talking about how fantastic he is but i don't want to bore you all x

Dan's claim to fame! Meeting Ant n Dec and having a pint and a chat with them when he was working away in London in a pub called the 'Irish Bar'

I love them both so very much x

Hope you enjoyed this rather personal post and quite lovey dovey!

Elf haul

Hello lovelies, i recently did a elf haul and it come in the post a couple of days ago. So i thought i would share with you all lovely people what i got...

The first thing i chose was the contouring blush and bronzing powder and i got it in St.Lucia because one of my fave Youtubers Tanya Burr said it was a dupe to a Nars blush in laguna and i absolutely love it! Such beautiful colours and it has a handy mirror in there for on the go so it is a make-up bag staple for me now.

Elf- Blush and Bronzing Powder in St.Lucia.

I then got a Baked blush in Rich rose, the pattern reminded me a little of the Macs highlighters they are very pigmented and its a beautiful rose colour with a hint of peach to add to your cheeks to give them a healthy glow. I love the domed shape to it too in the packaging.

Both very inexpensive Elf is such good value for money with pigmented products in a lovely array of colours they remind me of MUA with there prices and good products! They should get there own shop open. I would tell you the prices but at the moment they have a spring sale with 70% off!!
http://eyeslipsface.co.uk/en/restofworld/page/home

From Left to Right, Elf St.Lucia Blush and Bronzer then Elfs Baked blush in Rich Rose.

I then got some eye products, I have never had an eyelid primer before so thought i would try one out the reason i have never brought one before because i only wear eyeshadow a couple of times through the week and never had problems with eye shadows staying on/creasing etc but thought i would get one to try it out non the less. Its a sheer colour in natural so you wont see it through the shadow once you have applied it to your eye anyway it becomes more than less invisible! It comes with an easy wand applicator to just glide along your eyelid. It only cost me £1.50 too!! Wowzas what a bargain :0

Elf- Eyelid primer in sheer.

I then threw in my online shopping basket a Jumbo Eyeshadow Stick, it looks like the Clinique chubby sticks but for £2.50 a very small fraction of there price haha, it probably isn't as pigmented as there range but it s pigmented non the less! I got it in the shade Little Miss Thing, i loved the name as well as the colour its like a nude brown with a little touch of gold i'd say another bargain which i loved! I think this will be another make-up staple as it looks good if your in a quick rush to add a bit of colour to your eyes as all you have to do is quickly run your stick over your eyes no applicators necessary.

Elf - Jumbo Eyeshadow Stick in Little Miss Thing

I swatched these for you too..

On the left is the Jumbo stick which looks a lot more like a gold colour there i would say and to the right is the eye lid primer but as soon as you rub that into your eye you don't see a thing and it keeps your eye shadow in place lovely.

The last three products i brought was a Lip stick and a couple of brushes to add to my collection, i got a Elf Matte Lip colour in the shade 'Tea Rose' It does apply matte but it isn't drying of the lips as usually with matte lip products they do tend to dry my lips out but the product itself has Vitamin A,C and E inside which moisturizes and hydrates your lips. I love the colour! It's like a dark pinky plum colour. It's strange though because on the lips it is a more of a pink colour. I love it non the less for £2.50 too, you can't really go wrong.

Elf - Matte Lip Colour in Tea Rose

Then lastly a couple of brushes, i got the Elf Bush Brush and the Elf Professional Brow and Comb brush the only reason i got these because my friend told me how good they was for the price as i love my real techniques brushes no other brush could take over in my book but wanted a few extra brushes to add to my collection anyway and for a couple of quid why not? The blush brush is synthetic haired but so so soft! You an use it on wet or dry products. The Brown and Comb Brush is just your bog standed brush but i misplaced my old one and needed a new one and for £2 or less i thought it would be rude not to.

Hope you liked my little Elf Haul why not take advantage of there 70% off at the moment for there spring sale! They really do have some excellent products for such a little price. I will always continue getting some bargains of there website! There link is above.

Have you tried Elf products before? If so which are your faves?

April's Glossy box...

Hello lovelies, My April glossy box has finally arrived! Can we all just appreciate this beautiful box...

I absolutely love it! Isn't it just so pretty? The beautiful floral design all made up for spring, which was designed by yes, you guessed it... Peal lowe her love is of vintage and floral things (we have something in common). It is a limited edition box and i will keep this amongst my array of other glossy boxes. Last year i was a bit put of glossy box to be perfectly honest with you i thought there samples were really rubbish and you could get most of them yourself, for free... But this year they have excelled them selves without a doubt! I have loved every box so far this year and loved this one, let me stop babbling and show you whats inside.
Btw, i started of being all springy taking pictures outside on the lovely grass, then it started spitting... typical British weather so the rest of the pictures are inside :)

Firstly,
A -Derma - Intense Repair Lip Balm

I have never personally myself heard of this brand? But it says it has 100% natural origin of rhealba oat milk which is famous for softening and protecting! So we may be onto a winner! A cheaper alternative to my Elizabeth arden 8 hour cream maybe? I shall let you all know once i have tested it out a few times.

NIP + FAB - Dry Skin Fix Body Butter in Mango Smoothie

Sorry it isn't straight on the little bugger kept rolling lol, firstly it smells delicious! It isn't a thick cream i just tested a little on my arm, but it does sink into your skin really fast so a good property there! There's nothing worse then waiting around before getting your jammies on and getting into bed waiting for your sticky moisturiser to sink into your body before bed. So this could be another winner! I will let you all know how i get on with this too, I'm looking forward to having a nice long soak in the bath then rubbing this into my skin before night time :)

YVES ROCHER FRANCE- So Elixir Purple Yves Rocher Eau De Parfum

This smells divine! A really lovely spring floral scent! To me it actually smells really similar to my mums favorite perfume Estee Lauder's Beautiful! Don't know if its just me or on my skin but it does smell really familiar! I am very fond of this though and already thinking of repurchasing! Not like i haven't got enough perfumes... But it is a lovely spring scent and even beautiful for the summer too!

Sleek Make-up - Blush In Flamingo 937

As you can see it looks a very BRIGHT pink and me not being very daring to new bright colours i probably would never have picked this up myself, but as its spring i am feeling a little daring and may even try out a new colour on the cheeks!! It is a beautiful fuchsia pink and i love that it comes with a compact mirror so great on the move! I can not wait to try this out, bring out my rosy cheeks.

Lastly,
ESSIE - Nail Lacquer in Flawless

This is a beautiful spring colour a pastel like pink, as soon as i have wrote this post i am actually going to paint my nails in this failing that as it is coming up to 12 midnight i will deffo be doing them tomorrow! As soon as i have painted them i will upload a pic of them pronto! These are retailed at £7.99 so that is most of your monthly box paid of already!

Really loved my spring box this month and all the lovely things inside! So thankyou very much glossy box!
If you are new to glossy box a monthly subscription is £10 a month with just a small p+p cost of £2.95

Do you subscribe to glossy box? If not why not try today?

Mini beauty haul

Hello lovelies, i recently did a little beauty shop in boots and superdrug and this is what i brought...

I brought three new lip products,

From top to bottom,
MUA - Power Pout Colour Intense Tint and Balm.
To me this is like a dupe to the clinique chubby sticks and revlon just bitten balm stain, it has a similar scent to the revlon one and applies the same as both of the others but i actually find this one a lot more moisturising! For a fraction of the others prices too it was a great find! Although the stain doesn't last long on your lips it lasts a fair bit what do you want for £3? I really loved the colour too i got it in rendevous it sounds quite saucy haha! It's a beautiful colour in the near future i will update this with lip pictures but my poor chin has come out in a huge breakout! I wouldn't want to upset anyone.

Revlon - Just Bitten Kissable Balm Stain.
It has a chubby pen like applicator which is really easy to guide along your lips like i said above though it is similar to the chubby sticks and my new MUA find! This is a gorgeous colour i got it in 020 Lovesick and this balm stain does really stain your lips it lasted me a few hours! Even through eating a yummy Chinese. They come in a gorgeous array of colours too. They are retailed at £7.99 at boots and i made the most of boots 3 for 2 offer!

Rimmel - Apocalips.
Yet another lip laquer to add to my on going collection i absolutely love these!! I have already done a review on these here;

I then got some face products

MUA - Undress Your Skin Shimmer Highlighter
This product is for your face, upper cheekbones or nose, wherever you like to highlight on your face personally. I use it on my upper cheekbones to highlight those and my upper lip. It has a gorgeous shimmer to it but not too much just right. I love MUA as a brand because they do such good quality products for little prices! Very affordable i really like this product and it only set me back £3! You can find this and many other great finds on there website here: http://www.muastore.co.uk/index.php/face/undress-your-skin/highlighting-powder

MUA - Undress Me Two Palette

This is the best eye shadow palette you can get for £4, its been known to duping the Urban Decay Naked Palette there colours are very pigmented although the matte ones not so pigmented but fantastic quality, i love my neutral colours on my eyes i always go for these colours and have used this palette religiously since I've brought it i did use the undress me palette before this but as soon as i saw this I knew I had to have it! It also has a black in for a great smoky eye effect another fave of mine when your going out for the night or feeling a bit daring. I would defo try this out if you haven't already its a fantastic bargain with great quality product inside.

Revlon - Nearly Naked Foundation

A new foundation that a lot of beauty gurus have been raving about so i thought i had to jump on the band wagon and give it a try! As i brought my boots haul online i wasn't sure on the colours so i chose natural beige and sadly its a little to dark for my pale skin but will be great when i have a spray tan! I did love the product even though it doesn't have a pump but that seems to annoy everyone about the product you don't know how much product is going to come out! I may even get a pump for it. It has a sheer cover though i like to build mine up a bit and its great you can build it up to get the coverage you desire. The other thing i loved about this product after buying this online not only getting a great deal with getting the 3 for 2 offer i got this gorgeous free poster! Win Win.

Hope you enjoyed my mini beauty haul
