Hello lovelies, I am always late to the favorites party but better late than never right? These products are what I am constantly using at the minute particular in august too. I finally got my hands on Soap & Glorys Archery Brow tint and precision pencil, for someone who is a total fail at brows this is so simple to use and can give you the most natural brows or extreme brow to whichever you prefer. I got this in the shade brownie points and is very suitable to my brow shade, it has a crayon side and a felt tip side the felt tip being the tint and the crayon being the definition you want your brows to look like, I am so chuffed I finally got one as every boots I go to they are sold out.
As it has been quite warm I have been loving the Khiels Rosa Arctica Light weight cream*, this sinks into the skin beautifully and smells divine. This helps to fight the signs of wrinkles, loss of elasticity, firmness and density. I have been using this as my daily moisturiser for a couple of weeks and already noticing a huge difference to my skin, may need to repurchase this one.
In the summer months I like a less heavy coverage, still medium to full but light on the skin so Maybellines Dream pure BB cream has been perfect for me, the only BB cream I know not to make you look like a satsuma and a pretty good coverage, it hides nasty spots and redness of the skin and lasts a good few hours. I was looking at high end BB creams for my holiday but thought why bother when this is my absolute fave, so I repurchased it and now is tucked away nicely in my holiday make-up bag for next week.
Another Maybelinne favorite of mine and the best liquid eye liner I have ever found has to be there Lasting drama black shock gel eyeliner, a pen like applicator with a rubber end which you twist at the bottom for the gel to disperse out of, very similar to the Benefit one but in my opinion better after reading reviews of it drying out. This hasn't dried out in the many months I have had it and still going after plenty of uses. I pretty much use this daily if I am wearing make-up. It really opens my eyes up, defines them and could create the most perfect winged liner but I am not brave to try yet, I am rubbish at the wings. It lasts all day and night with no budges until you get your eye-make up remover on it or your cleanser, I just love it.
I love cream blushers over powder blushes through out summer as I find they give you more of a glow and last a good while, this one by Clinique Chubby Stick cheek colour balm*. The colour is stunning, it applies easily you can apply with your fingers or with the buffing real techniques brush like I do. It feels quite moisturising on the skin, pigmented and quite long lasting.
Then lastly lips, I have been loving this as an every day lip balm in my handbag, Nivea Lip butter in Raspberry rose, it smells yummy good enough to eat and feels lovely on my lips keeping them hydrated and chap free. Perfect for applying your lipstick which I have recently been loving Charlotte Tilbury K.I.S.S.I.N.G in Coachella Coral, just look at the gorgeous rose gold packaging, ahh these lipsticks are perfect and her whole collection is just mesmerising I want one of everything. This is a perfect shade for day and night and I have been wearing this a lot lately, I think this would suit any skin tone and really perks up your look especially us pale girls I just think it makes you look a little flushed and makes your lips look real pretty.
