MAKING MY OWN WREATH WITH FLORAL STUDIO

Hello lovelies, at the start of this month I was very kindly gifted a place in Emma's wreath making workshop at Floral Studio in Rugeley, my home town. I was so excited and over the moon to do this as I've always wanted to make my own wreath. Emma's shop is absolutely beautiful, it is always full of the most beautiful flowers, arrangments, decor and more! Her window always looks gorgeous and you just want to buy everything you see in there.

MY 'FREAK' SHAKES BRING ALL THE BOYS TO THE YARD

Hello lovelies, so have you heard of Freak shakes? Yeah it's a thing, if you haven't heard of them where have you been hiding? They are everywhere right now, it was originated from the Australians I believe, unless that is a big lie on the internet but it's soon becoming a huge thing in the UK right now, its basically milkshake with cream and sweet treats stuffed on top, I haven't actually had one in a shop before but craved one so I thought why not jut make my own? They're far from perfect to look at but they taste pretty damn amazing, I've even had ten out of ten marks of the kids!

DIY LEMON BODY SCRUB

Hello lovelies, I hope you're all well. Today I have for you a homemade body scrub perfect for getting your pins ready for the summer and it smells gorgeous too. I have actually ran out of body scrub so pretty good I made one really isn't it, hope you like it and if you make this please tweet me yours @Paigewallbank.

Ingredients -
1/2 Fresh Lemon
1/2 cup of granulated sugar
1 Tbsp of olive oil
1 Tbsp of honey

Directions -
Squeeze half of your lemon into a bowl or pot like I have above,
Add in your olive oil and mix well,
Add in your honey to the mixture and whisk it till a thick consistency forms,
Add the sugar and mix them all together very well
Then tad-ah you have yourself a diy body scrub to massage onto your skin in the bath or shower.

Benefits -
Honey has anti-bacterial properties and can also help eczema with its anti-inflammatory properties to calm the skin.
Olive oil is very rich in vitamins, minerals and natural fatty acids, it is great for sensitive skin. It prevents skin aging, the appearance of wrinkles it also nourishes, rejuvenates and protects the skin.
Lemon is also known for its anti-bacterial properties, It can help reduce the excess oil of the skin, It can reduce the appearance of acne so this will be great to use all over your back. Lemon juice can help with the appearance of age marks less visible, it can help with chapped lips and as there's nothing harmful in this recipe you could scrub a bit of this on your lips as a little lip scrub and lastly lemon I am told is great for removing fake tin mishaps so this will be a fab body scrub for fake tan fans like myself.
