Hello lovelies, as most of you like myself in January are cutting back on the junk and trying to be a bit healthier, if you're not fair play! If I wasn't worried about gaining another 4 stone (like I did when I was pregnant with Oscar) I wouldn't be hitting no health kick either, but as I am pregnant I need to be healthier so I have ditched the fizzy pop and I'm trying out new things, water and lemon is one of my favorite drinks to refresh me and hydrate of-course and I am also liking fruit iced teas, but today I have a smoothie recipe for you all. 

What you will need:

2 Oranges, 
1 apple.
1/2 Cup of raspberries.
1/2 Cup of orange juice.
5 Ice cubes.

What you need to do:

Firstly, peel your oranges then dice them up, throw those into the blender.
Peel the skin of your apple and dice again, throw them in the blender along with the diced orange.
Place the cups of raspberries, orange juice and ice cubes into the blender and blend away.
Place the smoothie into your favorite glass/mug, grab a cute straw and drink away, for decoration you could throw on a couple of raspberries!
