Hello lovelies, so practise what you preach getting the kids fit... I also need to get myself fit! My personal favourite is lots of walking up the chase that we fortunately live very close to, it is so beautiful and relaxing but good for your health at the same time. Other ideas...

  • Walking your dog.
  • Races in the garden.
  • Creating your own sports day in the back yard.
  • Find out if there is any local activities going on, we live by beautiful places that do arts and crafts, bug huntings and more.

  • Hopscotch.
  • Swimming.
  • Fly a kite.
  • Build a den.

  • Do some gardening, any excuse for a hand with the weeds right?
  • Wash the car, if you haven't got one the neighbours or family, you might even earn a couple of ££.
  • Get to your nearest beach and have fun in the sand and sea.

  • Bike riding/roller blading/scooter riding, I found this super cool scooter on Skatehut, it's a three in one ride on scooter, my son would love this and if we did do on a too far of a walk I could push him back rather than him complaining his bones in his legs are tired aha, like he did the other day. I wonder if they do this in adult sized? I want one.
