Hello lovelies! How gorgeous has the weather been? I am totally loving spring already and all the pastel clothing and getting back into my pretty pink lipsticks, coral and nudes! I have put my plum shade lipsticks away and got out my spring favourites, here are just five for you all.
Mac Cremesheen lipstick in Creme Cup - As mentioned in my march favourites I adore this lipstick, this really was a love at first sight lipstick. As soon as I wore it on my lips I knew I had to be a proud owner of it even if they are over £15, cremesheen isn't one of my favourite finishes from Mac but it's all down to the colour for me on this lipstick, the perfect pinky nude to wear day or night with any attire. It lasts a food 4-5 hours especially with a lipliner underneath and makes your lips look shiny and purdy, considering this is the most current collection to my Mac lipsticks it is the most used and I fear I will run out of this this year, shock horror!
L'oreal Colour Riche Matte lipstick in Androgyne - I am loving these L'Oreal lipsticks at the minute and got a fantastic deal on super drug the other week they had a one day offer online where you buy these lipsticks for only £3 AND they were 3 for 2! So I got 3 of these babies for £6 absolute bargain when I think there just under £8 for one alone. I love this pink so much, it reminds me a lot like Mac's candy yum yum just a little lighter and a tiny bit more subtle, it is matte but isn't very drying on the lips at all it has quite a nice soft velvet finish on my lips and if I don't fancy the matte look I whack a bit of pink lipgloss on top.
Bourjois Rouge Edition Aqua Lacquer in Babe Idole - A new lip product to my collection but already a firm favourite for spring, another pink! As you can see I'm going pretty pink mad this spring, I just love a lot of tones of pink on my pale complexion, I also think it looks cute with my freckles and a pink blush. This is a liquid lipstick that dries pretty quickly and gives a little stain to the lips, it's very girly and easy to wear.
Maybelline Colour Sensational Rebel Collection lipstick in Peach Poppy - Another newish lipstick to my collection and I haven't stopped wearing since I purchased it! This could be the prettiest peach coral lipstick I own. It feels really nice on the lips and leaves a subtle stain on the lips which makes it very long lasting. I love Maybelline lipsticks for long lasting effects and these certainly don't let you down.
Mac Amplified lipstick in Vegas Volt - The brightest of my top five spring lipstick picks, it is very flattering considering how bright it is, this lipstick instantly gives me confidence and lasts a good 4-5 hours on the lips before needing to re-apply. It's a bold coral with a hint of red, I think most people could pull this color off, it really is stunning!
