#SeventeenONthespot Winner!

Hello lovelies, I was one of the lucky people who got a chance of winning a Seventeen beauty box full of there new collection. I was overwhelmed when I got an email saying I''d won, I don't win anything. Couldn't thank Seventeen enough and for seeing MissBudgetBeautys blog post about the event or I would have been non the wiser.

Picture pinched from MissBudgetBeautys Blog :)

So obviously I went to the Twitter Party, who wouldn't? I still can't believe I won! It was a great hour on twitter so many great tips and advice from lots of beauty bloggers and everyone really. I learned more in that hour than I did in BBlogger chat. I wish something like this would happen once a month even if a prize wasn't involved, its a great way of getting all us bloggers together too I think. I love it when every one gets together and chips in with advice and there own knowledge and opinions. Anyway I'm guessing you want to see what I won right? There was not one thing in this box I didn't like honestly! I feel so grateful to get everything but it feels like they knew exactly what I wanted! The foundation matched my skin perfectly (they didn't even ask my shade), the brow pencil was a perfect match, just everything I was in ore of.

Firstly what I thought was great was 4 cards filled with tips and tutorials on four different looks.

Big is beautiful - A look on how to get a bushy brow.
Dare to bare tool - Natural looking complexion.
Work the power pout - Ramp up the volume with a bright lip.
60's Mod - How to get those perfect 60's eyes.

What products were inside then?
Mascara

I got three mascaras, I can't describe what there all like yet as i haven't tried them all apart from the doll'd up one.

Seventeen - Doll'd up
I'm not usually a massive fan of plastic wands but i love how its curved, if you want long lashes without clumps this is the mascara for you. It gives a great flirty lash without those nasty spider clump effect. The only thing it lacks for me is the thick volume, I don't want clumpy but I want big if you know what i mean thick black lashes. But it is a fantastic day time mascara for me and the nice thin packaging of the product will slip into my daily make up bag i think. Also love the cute little bow on it, I'm a sucker for anything dainty and pretty.

Seventeen - Va Va Voom
I never usually wear water proof mascara to be honest, but in this heat recently i may have to start trying it out. Also good for holidays, i may even keep this until i go on holiday later on this year. Are water proof mascaras better than normal ones?

Seventeen - Blow Out Blackest Black Volumise Sculpt Tease Mascara
Now this one looks like it's going to be my sort of mascara! Blackest black volumise, yeeeeah.
Shall let you know how I get on with that.

Lipsticks

Then I got three lipsticks, how kind to get so many products let alone a few of the same product.

Camisole - Mirror shine lipstick, i think the mirror shine is for the sheer glossy effect I'm not 100% though so don't quote me haha, it's just how i applied it and how I feel about it. Also due to the amazing packaging of the mini handy mirror, what a great idea when your out on the go! It's a beautiful peachy colour but very very sheer you will understand when you see the swatch on my arm you can barely see it. It's like an almost clear lipstick that just gives your lips a natural shine but it is a pretty colour.

Red Devil - Supreme shine lipstick, I not only love the packaging of this product but it feels like a balm it's so nourishing and I don't usually think I suit red lipsticks but I actually love this one, its quite a subtle red, not too in your face! I'm going to try and be abit more brave with reds this year.

Cheeky secret - Mirror shine lipstick, this was my favorite shade of the three although there abit sheer its just enough colour for an every day natural complexion. The coral like shade is gorgeous. They feel so soft on your lips. Non of the lipsticks are drying, not on my lips anyway and i have quite dry lips. Also comes with the handy mini mirror. So good if your in a non mirror environment  Some people like them some don't, i personally think there a great idea!

Here are some swatches, beware though the mirror shine ones are very sheer so the don't show up the best on my arm.

Nail Polishes

I kindly received two of there new polishes, i love the fact there fast drying as an impatient nail painter! You only need one coat of these baby's too for an opaque look. Obviously if you want it more stronger you can just bob on another coat. But if your in a rush one coat does the job. I can't speak for these coats but the recent purchase of one of these nail polishes I got in my NOTD post it did chip quite soon a couple days wear, I didn't apply a top coat to that though so maybe if i did it would of been longer? Who knows.

Anyway I got these two shades in my big box;

Seventeen Quicker Slicker Colour - Ball gown, a gorgeous silver/champagne shade, a litter flutter of shimmer running through. This would be lovely on a nice event hence the name ball gown I think.
Seventeen Quicker Slicker Colour - Jitterbug, LOVE the name and the colour a lovely orange with a tiny bit of shimmer in also. A summer nail I reckon.

Eyes

Seventeen Wild Metalics - I absolutely love this shade and product! I have been loving cream eye shadows as well as blushers recently, there so easy to just smudge over your eye when you need a touch up or on the go. Can be used as a nice strong primer underneath ur desired eye shadow look or on its own. I loved this on it's own myself it is very similar to the Maybelline - Eye studio colour tattoo 24 hour cream gel eye shadow in 'And on bronze' only in colour I dont think the seventeen one lasts that long. But non the less i really love this shade! A bronze shimmery goddess.

Seventeen Perk and Paint - A double ended eye liner and eye highlighter. The pink side is the highlighter, incase you didn't guess already it's a gorgeous pale pink that illuminates the eye area I think I would use this on the inner corners and near my water line to bring out my eyes, and obviously the eye liner waterline or across the top of your eyelid but I'm more of a liquid eyeliner kinda girl.

Seventeen Sculpting Brow Pencil - How did Seventeen get my brow colour spot on? Well they did, although I tend to use powder do fill in my brows I am going to try a look with this, 'sculpt' those brows into place.

Seventeen soft smudge pencil - A gorgeous grey eye khol that I am looking forward to trying out for a smokey eye look with blending on the top eye lid and above the water line as I always usually play it safe with my eyes using browns and creams I'm looking forward to trying out a new colour.

Seventeen precision eye liner pen - I tried this out the other day being a newbie to a marker like pen applicator. But I did find it a lot easier to apply over the lid and it would do a perfect cat winged look!

Face

Seventeen On the Spot Foundation -  Previous to winning this amazing beauty box I actually bought this foundation 2 days prior, but silly me brought the wrong shade! It was far too dark for me and went really cakey, so I didn't have high expectations for this one in natural but its perfect! It matches my skin tone amazingly and amazing coverage, it wasn't cakey at all just the right coverage what I like, it also has a pump which i find great because you can get just the right amount out without wasting any product. A fave for me now and even better its supposed to clear your spots up in 4 weeks  you can't get a better foundation than that right?

Seventeen Instant Glow Shimmer Brick - In gold bronze, four shades to give you a gorgeous glow. I loved this once I applied it to my cheeks, as I'm quite fair though i only need the lightest brush but gives you a beautiful bronze complexion this would look even more better on a tanned complexion.

Seventeen Blush Powder - In first flush a gorgeous pink shade with undertones of red, the perfect rosey cheeks. I love a nice pink blush so happy to have this in my make-up collection!

Can not thank Seventeen enough for my beauty box I loved every single product I received so glad I took part in the twitter party now, and my eyes will always be pealed if there is another twitter party out there. You can't beat a freebie especially when it's this good! I would purchase every single one of these products. If you would like me to go in any more detail about any of the products I have mentioned just pop a comment down below and I'll be sure to get back to you sweets. Not only did I win this box though as I said before the advice and tips were great too! I was also fan girling every time Vanessa and MissBudgetBeauty tweeted me back :)

Did you win one of these beauty boxes? Are you impressed as much as I was?
