Hello lovelies, it has been a while since I did a 'top five' sort of beauty post so I thought I would kickstart it of again starting with my drugstore lipsticks, I also have a higher end one coming up and thinking of going through my make up collection doing this, maybe as I loving seeing what people's favourite beauty items are.
Seventeen Stay Pout - Kiss Me Quick : This is such a pretty pink shade lipstick and so easy to wear, it can be worn day or night to look girly and pretty. The formula of these lipsticks are quite creamy yet last quite a while on the lips. I love the sleek black packaging and they are super affordable, Boots usually have some good Seventeen offers going on too.
Topshop - Wicked : I think Topshop lipsticks are very underrated, they have an amazing colour range and the colour pay off is gorgeous and very pigmented! This lipstick in particular is more of my vampy shades but such a gorgeous deep berry shade that I love wearing in winter and autumn but could be used in spring with some light hearted eye shadow maybe, although I tend to go for brights and nudes in spring and summer. It lasts a long while and could do with a lip liner to keep it all in place without smudging all over the lip area.
Maybelline Colour Sensational - Shocking Coral : This is one of my ultimate favourite drugstore lipsticks, absolutely perfect for summer and spring if you're feeling brave. It is a very bright coral with a hint of pink, this baby lasts through a sandstorm, drinking, eating or just enjoying life this lipstick will stick around and leave a subtle stain to your lips but not a nightmare to remove either.
Bourjois Rouge Edition Velvet - Peach Club : This is another one of those lipsticks that is so easy to wear with whatever make up look you are going for and stays put for a good few hours. It is quite matte in finish but doesn't dry your lips out at all. I love this peachy shade on my pale complexion but also think it would look gorgeous on darker skin tones.
Maybelline Colour Drama Velvet Pencil - Nude Perfection : I have not stopped wearing this since I bought it a few weeks back, I am seriously loving nude lips at the minute and this really is nude perfection! if you want Kylie Jenner lips for under £5 you need this in your life. The only annoying thing about this is you need a huge ass sharpener which I am searching for at the minute, I know a lot of people get put of my lipsticks you have to sharpen but it is so worth it for the colour pay off and longevity, plus it's very affordable I am tempted to buy a handful of these just incase they ever go somewhere I am that obsessed with it.
