Make Up Revolution Baked highlighter in Golden lights £3.00* - (Bottom picture) I have worked with Make Up revolution since they came out and I've never been so won over by a brand, a cheap brand at that! A lot of people put there nose up at cheap brands because they think cheap price tag means cheap product but Make up revolution is far form cheap quality! I was thinking the same, I won't lie but how do you know if a product is good unless you try it for yourself? I couldn't believe the quality of there products and this highlighter is to die for! For just three pounds you get this beautiful embellished highlighter with such fabulous pigmentation and great lasting power highlighter that will look good on anyones skin tone. If golden lights isn't for you though as it is quite yellow they do two more shades if you have more of a pink undertone and a purple shade. I'm no make up artist so wouldn't be able to recommend a certain one to you but this lights up my face and gives me such a lovely glow.
Mac Mineralise skin finish in Soft & gentle £24.00 - (Top picture) I have wanted this ever since I started growing my Mac make up collection and it's never let me down but for £24 it does;t have the pigmentation like the Make up revolution one! It is a gorgeous peachy brown toned highlighter though and is great if you want a subtle highlight. In mac defence this is more of a powder and can be used as a subtle highlight all over the face, I apply this on the top of my cheek bones, nose and my cupids bow, occasionally under my brows. The domed peachy goodness does look nicer than the cheaper alternative but they are both winners in my eyes so it will be hard to pick an overall this time.

my favourite are the makeup revolution radiant lights. I don't like the mac one as it looks like i have a strip of glitter on my face which is a look i don't prefer lol xx
